Using asana to help strengthen, open, and release, alongside breathwork to help calm, steady and ground the mind all to aid in the preparation of a more efficient birth. Taught in a light and playful way, each class will focus on navigating and honoring the changing body, integrating childbirth education, aligning and stabilizing the pelvis, moving the body to create more space, and connecting with others!
